Ann Street Trio: Portraits in Sound

 Like expert painters whose colored canvases portray the array of human experience, composers of instrumental music capture the ear and the imagination of the listener with melody and harmony as their medium. The Ann Street Trio presents musical portraits that capture the range of human expression: from the fire and heroism nascent in early Beethoven to Germaine Tailleferre's cool post-war nostalgia for the Parisian Belle Époque.
